Abstract

【課題】環境負荷物の排出を抑制するとともに、需要家の受容性の高い機器制御を可能とする。 【解決手段】グリーン電力管理装置は、複数の発電手段により発電を行う電力配電系統から電力の供給を受け、電力を第1機器に供給する電力計と、電力配電系統から発電手段別の発電割合を示すエネルギーミックス情報を受信する受信部と、第1機器により消費された電力量を計測する計測部と、環境負荷物量の上限値を第1閾値として設定する運転情報設定部と、前記発電手段別に単位電力量の発電により排出される環境負荷物量である排出原単位を表した原単位換算表を用い、発電手段別の排出原単位を発電手段別の発電割合で重み付け合計した値で、運転情報設定部により設定された第1閾値を、除算して、第1機器により消費される単位時間当たりの電力量の第2閾値に変換して、第1機器の消費電力量が第2閾値以下となるように、第1機器の動作を制御する制御部と、を備える。 【選択図】図1
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to perform apparatus control being highly accepted among users as well as suppress discharge of environmental loads.SOLUTION: A green power demand management device comprises: a power meter which receives a supply of power from a power distribution system performing power generation by a plurality of power generation means and supplies a first apparatus with the power; a reception part which receives energy mix information showing a power generation ratio for each power generation means from the power distribution system; a measurement part which measures the power consumed by the first apparatus; an operation information setting part which sets the upper limit of the amount of environmental loads as a first threshold; and a control part which controls the operation of the first apparatus so that the power consumption of the first apparatus is equal to or less than a second threshold for power per unit time consumed by the first apparatus. The second threshold is converted from first threshold by dividing the first threshold set by the operation information setting part by a value obtained by weighting the discharge basic unit for each of the power generation means at the power generation ratio for each of the power generation means and summing the weighted discharge basic units using a basic unit conversion table showing a discharge basic unit which is the amount of environmental loads discharged due to power generation of unit power for each of the power generation means.
