Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To compress the amplitude of the rectangular wave voltage of a transformer primary winding in a DC-AC voltage conversion portion to 1/2 with GND as a reference and to reduce the common mode noise given to a subsequent stage from a secondary winding thereof compared to a conventional case.SOLUTION: An insulated power supply device includes: a DC voltage conversion portion 20 converting a DC voltage outputted from a DC voltage generation portion 21 having a cathode and an anode and outputting the DC voltage for AC voltage generation; and an AC voltage generation portion 30 in which a midpoint tap is installed in the primary winding, which has a transformer T11 where a prescribed turn ratio is formed between the primary winding and the secondary winding, converts the DC voltage inputted from the DC voltage conversion portion 20 into the AC voltage and guides it to the secondary winding. The midpoint tap of the primary winding of the transformer T11 is connected to the anode of the DC voltage generation portion 21 and is fixed to the ground potential.
