Abstract

【課題】絶縁皮膜の加工劣化が少なく、かつ、導体上の全周にわたって均一な皮膜厚の絶縁皮膜を有する平角エナメル線の製造方法及び平角エナメル線を提供する。 【解決手段】本発明に係る平角エナメル線の製造方法は、対向する一対の平坦な面を含む平坦部200、及び対向する一対の略円弧状に湾曲した面を含む湾曲部210を有する丸面取り平角導体2の周囲に絶縁塗料を塗布する塗装工程と、絶縁塗料を焼付け、丸面取り平角導体2の周囲に絶縁皮膜400を形成する絶縁皮膜形成工程と、丸面取り平角導体2の湾曲部210の湾曲した面に平角伸線ダイス34を用いて引抜加工を施し、湾曲部210の湾曲した面を平坦にした平角エナメル線2を作製する引抜加工工程とを備える。 【選択図】図2
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method for a straight angle enamel wire with less deterioration in an insulation film while being processed and having the insulation film with a uniform film thickness all over the whole circumference of a conductor, and to provide a straight angle enamel wire.SOLUTION: A manufacturing method for a straight angle enamel wire comprises: a coating process to apply insulation coating around a round chamfering straight angle conductor 2 having a flat part 200 which includes a pair of flat surfaces facing each other and a bend 210 which includes a pair of bended surfaces almost arcuated; an insulation film forming process to bake insulation coating and to form an insulation film 400 around the round chamfering straight angle conductor 2; and a pulling processing process to perform pulling process on the bended surfaces of the bend 210 of the round chamfering straight angle conductor 2 using a straight angle wire drawing die 34 and to produce a straight angle enamel wire 2, which is the bended surfaces of the bend 210 being flattened.
