Abstract

本发明提供的一种撬装天然气液化净化一体式冷箱,包括:天然气过冷换热器;天然气单元;气相制冷剂单元对天然气单元中天然气进行冷却;回冷单元通过液相制冷剂与气相制冷剂混合形成混合制冷剂,对经过热交换的气相制冷剂进行冷却,再将混合制冷剂的一部分返还至天然气预冷换热器和气相制冷剂预冷换热器;混合制冷剂的另一部分回流至液相制冷剂换热器。本发明的有益效果如下:冷箱中的换热器采用钎焊板式换热器,同时在冷箱中集成了二氧化碳低温分离器,采用低温分离法脱出二氧化碳,大大节省了天然气净化装置的设备投资和运行成本。同时采用合理的制冷剂流量分配来实现高效的冷量匹配,使冷箱有较高的热力学效率,减少换热过程中的损失。
The invention provides a skid-mounted natural gas liquefaction and purification integrated cold box. The skid-mounted natural gas liquefaction and purification integrated cold box comprises a natural gas supercooling heat exchanger, a natural gas unit, a gas-phase refrigerant unit and a recooling unit, wherein the gas-phase refrigerant unit is used for cooling natural gas in the natural gas unit; the recooling unit is used for making a liquid-phase refrigerant and a gas-phase refrigerant be mixed to form a mixed refrigerant, cooling the gas-phase refrigerant subjected to heat exchange, and returning part of the mixed refrigerant to a natural gas precooling heat exchanger and a gas-phase refrigerant precooling heat exchanger; and the other part of the mixed refrigerant flows back to a liquid-phase refrigerant heat exchanger. The skid-mounted natural gas liquefaction and purification integrated cold box has the following beneficial effects that soldered plate heat exchangers are used as the heat exchangers in the cold box; and meanwhile, a carbon dioxide low-temperature separator is integrated in the cold box, carbon dioxide is separated out through a low-temperature separation method, and thus the equipment investment and operating cost of a natural purification device are greatly reduced. Furthermore, efficient cold distribution is achieved through reasonable refrigerant flow distribution, so that the cold box is made to have high thermodynamic efficiency, and the exergy loss in the heat exchange process is reduced.
