Abstract

一种龟肉保健黄酒及其制备方法,涉及一种保健黄酒,其是由下述配比的原料:1.8~2.5千克煮熟的龟肉、14~16千克糯米、550~650克酒曲和200~300克大枣,一同酿制而成;糯米在酿酒之前经过了下述处理:先用中药汤液浸泡,然后捞出并进行蒸制处理;所用的中药汤液是由下述原料配比的中药材加水熬制而成:熟地45~55克、肉桂8~10克、覆盆子8~10克、黄芪90~110克、巴戟天15~20克、柏子仁8~10克、寸冬8~10克、当归15~20克、白术20~28克、杞果15~20克、附子2.5~3.5克。本发明的龟肉保健黄酒适合高血压、高血脂等中老年人群长期饮用,且能够对久咳、久瘫、筋骨疼痛患者起到辅助治疗作用。
The invention provides a turtle meat health yellow wine and a preparation method thereof, and relates to a health yellow wine. The turtle meat health yellow wine is brewed from the following raw materials by weight: 1.8-2.5kg of cooked turtle meat, 14-15kg of sticky rice, 550-650g of distiller's yeasts and 200-300g of jujubes. The sticky rice is treated by the following steps before brewing: firstly, soaking the sticky rice with a traditional Chinese medicine decoction; and then fishing out and steaming, wherein the traditional Chinese medicine decoction used is prepared by decocting the following traditional Chinese medicinal materials by weight with water: 45-55g of radix rehmanniae preparata, 8-10g of cinnamon, 8-10g of raspberry, 90-110g of astragalus membranaceus, 15-20g of morinda officinalis, 8-10g of platycladi seeds, 8-10g of radix ophiopogonis, 15-20g of angelica sinensis, 20-28g of rhizoma atractylodis macrocephalae, 15-20g of fructus lycii and 2.5-3.5g of monkshood. The turtle meat health yellow wine is suitable for long-term drinking by middle aged and elderly people with hypertension, hyperlipidemia and the like, and can play a role of adjuvant therapy for patients with chronic cough, long-term paralysis and arthralgia and myalgia.
