Method for preparing silver chloride and aluminum chloride by using waste silver catalyst

Abstract

The invention relates to a method for preparing silver chloride and aluminum chloride by using a waste silver catalyst. The method comprises the following steps of: reacting the waste silver catalyst with a carrier waste residue in a corrosion-resistant reactor based on a pure mass ratio of pure silver to a nitric acid solution of 1:0.48-1.07 to generate a mixed solution of silver nitrate and aluminum nitrate; filtering to obtain a few impurity filter cakes and firing or burying the impurity filter cakes; reacting an obtained clear solution with a hydrochloric acid solution in the pure mass ratio of 1:0.012-0.524 in the corrosion-resistant reactor to generate a mixed solution of silver chloride, aluminum chloride and nitric acid; filtering the mixed solution to obtain a white silver chloride filter cake; transferring the obtained clear mixed solution into an evaporator and concentrating the clear mixed solution; and when the solution is saturated, separating out the aluminum chloride, cooling and crystallizing to obtain a crystalline aluminum chloride product, wherein the residual solution which is remained after the aluminum chloride is crystallized can be recycled in the previous process. According to the method, the waste silver catalyst is used for producing the silver chloride and the aluminum chloride, so that waste is turned into wealth and a remarkable economic benefit is created for enterprises.
一种利用废银催化剂生产氯化银和氯化铝的方法,包括如下步骤:将废银催化剂及其载体废渣以纯物质银与硝酸溶液以纯质量比1∶0.48~1.07反应于耐腐蚀反应器里,反应生成硝酸银和硝酸铝的混合溶液,过滤得到少量的杂质滤饼送去焚烧或掩埋,将得到的澄清溶液与盐酸溶液以纯质量比1∶0.012~0.524反应于耐腐蚀的反应器里,生成氯化银和氯化铝及硝酸混合溶液,过滤得到白色氯化银滤饼,将得到的澄清混合溶液送进蒸发器进行浓缩,当氯化铝达到饱和溶液时排出来冷却、结晶,得到晶体的氯化铝产品,结晶后剩余的液体返回上道工艺循环利用。本发明利用废银催化剂生产氯化银和氯化铝,变废为宝,为企业创造出可观的经济效益。
